Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the buttons were more difficult to press then when she first got the insulin pump.Customer also stated that insulin pump was slower and makes a louder noise during priming process.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
