Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had unexpected restart alarm, not giving low battery alert.The customer also stated that the batteries going through more quickly, insulin pump shut off when battery was dead.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
