Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had issue on buttons.Customer states up and down buttons had issue.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

All buttons functioning properly.No button error alarm during testing.No flatted keypad.J2 connector was inspected and locked on lcd board.Device passed displacement test and self test.This mdr related to the (b)(4) manufacturing site has been assigned a medwatch number from the medtronic minimed (b)(4) site, per variance 5.
