Event Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the drive support cap was loose and crack on the case of insulin pump.The customer also stated that the insulin pump dropped off of the bed during the night.Customer was hospitalized due to high blood glucose level.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
