Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had blank display.Customer also stated insulin pump had battery out limit.Customer reported they were unable to clear the alarm.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device monitored for several days and no blank display noted.Device received with all operating currents within specification and passed a21 error test and displacement test.No unexpected failed battery alarm anomalies noted.The test infusion set and reservoir does lock into place.(b)(4).
