Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin pump did not work when customer put new battery.Customer stated that the insulin pump had no delivery alarms and new batteries were not accepted and they had to turn off insulin pump to restart.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
