Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had compromised broken force sensor alarm.Customer reported that the insulin pump was no longer working.Customer reported that the drive support cap was sticking out.During seating the force sensor did not detect the reservoir.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
